AuthorHi there, My name is Rafael Cortes, I am the owner of Swift Built Inc. I am a 30-something father of three with a California General B contracting license. I have been in the construction industry since I was 15 years old. Those summers were spent battling L.A. traffic, sweeping the job sites, and renovating apartment buildings in West Hollywood with my uncle Miguel, who also happens to be my partner and field superintendent. In between school drop-offs and pick-ups, gymnastics, and diaper changes, I run a customer service driven, craftsmanship first construction company.
